ST. JOSEPH SCHOOL SUPPLIES KITS
Begun in 2006, this school fundraiser gives parents the option of purchasing one of 14 different kits for their child(ren) instead of shopping for the items found on the St. Joseph School Supplies List themselves. Each kit contains all of the items listed on the list for a student’s grade level and gender (the kits are different for boys and girls at some grade levels), including the optional items, but not the personal supplies like backpacks, lunch boxes, PE shoes and storage bags, or paint shirts. Families are also able to purchase (alone or along with a kit) a drawstring Sportpack with the school logo which can be used as a PE shoe storage bag with a special spot for labeling the bag with the student’s name.
Quantity discounts and purchase agreements with retailers allow the school to sell the kits for a lower price than you would expect to pay if you purchased the items yourself—usually significantly less—and still realize a profit that helps support St. Joseph School!

•Purchasing a St. Joseph School Supplies Kit is good for our environment—we order items in bulk and have them delivered to the school so there are fewer cars out on the road going from store to store (as many as four stops for some grades), the kits feature environmentally friendly cleaning products, and they are packed in reusable “St. Joseph School” tote shopping bags!
•No more clipping coupons or making multiple trips to the stores to take advantage of sales or “hot buys” which are spread over a number of weeks (beginning just about the time summer arrives in Seattle)
•No need to worry about the stores running out of supplies or wondering whether or not you have the right items
•The kits are delivered to your child’s classroom, ready and waiting for you on the first day of school!
To purchase a kit, complete the order form and return it to the school with payment by check only (made payable to St. Joseph School) by June 11th. Order confirmations will be sent via email, so please remember to provide an email address on the form. Only one order form is needed per family.
