St. Joseph School

Application

Please follow the process outlined below to apply to St. Joseph School for the 2012-2013 school year. If you have any admission questions, please contact Barbara Steinhauser at 206-329-3260 ext. 243.

Online Application

Fill out and submit with a $60 application fee by February 3, 2012. If you do not wish to apply online, you may download a paper application and mail it to the Admissions Office no later than February 3, 2012. Paper applications are available in the Admissions Office.

• Confidential Teacher Evaluation (Kindergarten) 
• Confidential Teacher Evaluation (1st – 8th Grades)
• Family Participation Form (for new families only)

Please forward applicable form(s) to applicant's current school. The applicant’s current school must send the completed forms to St. Joseph Admissions Office. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the forms, report cards, and standardized test scores are received by the St. Joseph Admissions Office on or before the February 3, 2012 deadline. An incomplete application will not be considered for enrollment.

St. Joseph Parish Verification

If requesting parishioner status for St. Joseph Parish, please complete your portion of the St. Joseph Parish Verification and take to the Parish Center for verification. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the parish verification forms are received by the St. Joseph Admissions Office on or before February 3, 2012 deadline.

Rainbow Parish Verification

If requesting parishioner status for any of the Rainbow Parishes (St. Mary, St. Patrick, Immaculate Conception, St. Peter, Church of the Vietnamese Martyrs, Our Lady of Mt. Virgin or St. James Cathedral), please complete your portion of the Rainbow Parish Verification and take to your parish for verification. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the parish verification forms are received by the St. Joseph Admissions Office on or before February 3, 2012 deadline.

Application for Financial Aid

If you wish to be considered for a financial aid award, you must complete an Application for Financial Aid which will be available online beginning November 2011. Application for Financial Aid must be completed by February 3, 2012.
