We are excited to be planning the 37th annual Auction! Our entire community will gather to enjoy this two-night event on:

Saturday, November 3, 2012 –Auction & Dinner
We look forward to another exciting auction and welcome the 2012 Parent Chair Celeste Ramberg, and Procurement Chair Kirsten Wiley. Together with their leadership, and the enthusiasm and support from our school community, it is sure to be a fun and successful event!
St. Joseph Auction is our annual fundraising event consisting of two festive evenings on St. Joe’s campus. The Family & Friends Auction is a casual, drop-in event on Friday, and the Saturday night Dinner & Auction is by reservation only.
St. Joseph has many positive things to celebrate such as the success of the Centennial Campaign, annual pledge drive and the auction. However, we believe that the MOST positive aspect of the school is our students. They are the heartbeat of our school and are so deserving of the very best education and school experience that we can provide.
The Auction provides a major source of income for our school, supporting operating expenses, scholarships, areas of instruction and extra curricular activities. Our 2011 auction raised over $85,000 for financial aid through the generosity of parents raising their paddles in the “Fund-an-Item”.
Each family has a contractual obligation to donate $300, 1-3 items worth $300 or more, or both. Every family is asked to submit at least one donor form indicating how they plan to support the auction, i.e. cash, services, items, etc. Remember that you can submit your donor form now but turn in the actual items later. And please, no used items!
We want to thank you in advance for contributing in whatever way you can. This is a wonderful time for our entire community to share our gifts and talents. Whether it is through procuring or donating items, organizing or sponsoring a table, advertising in the auction catalog, or sharing of your time through volunteering, we appreciate your support! We are excited about Auction 2012 and we look forward to working with you!
