PIZZA
SERVERS:
Friday
Night – Help with cafeteria style serving of pizza, pop &
hot dogs. Table clean up.
LAY-OUT
OF TABLES: Move and
set up tables on Saturday morning to get ready for place
settings.
SETTING
DINNER TABLES: Attend
to place settings and table decorations for Sat. night
dinner.
ITEM
SECURITY:
Secure
auction areas to safeguard auction items.
AUCTION ITEM DISPLAY: See that
silent auction items are placed on appropriate display tables
and help to display items to best advantage.
AFTER-PARTY
HELP: Help
ready the room for an “after-hours” party immediately
following the auction.
RUNNER: Take bid
slip from recorder (on stage) to bidder for signature, then
to cashier.
CLOSER:
See that silent auction tables close at the times designated.
Extremely important that full attention be given to this job.
TICKET
SELLER: Sell
tickets for food and beverages and raffles throughout the
event.
RAFFLE
BASKET TABLE:
Help
organize, move and collect raffle tickets for children’s
raffle items.
SILENT
AUCTION SET-UP: Help
with setting up and covering silent auction tables, arranging
chairs in Wyckoff Gym, etc.
KID’S GAMES: Collect
tickets and help children use and enjoy the games.
CLEAN-UP:
FRI- Cleanup after silent sections in the Social Hall and
clean-up in Wyckoff Gym after the live auction. SUN- Clear
tables in Wyckoff Gym, collect linens, stack
tables and chairs, flooring, remove decorations, etc. General
all-purpose clean-up.
BANKING:
Assist
with check-out, filing, and cashiering.
PROCUREMENT:
Be part of
the procurement team; brainstorm ideas and procure and
solicit items and packages for the live auction.
SOCIAL
HALL SECURITY:
Secure
different venues of the auction to insure students’ safety.

WHEN YOU REPORT TO WORK.
