2009 Grandparent/Grandfriend’s Tea

The Grandparent Tea is May 8, 2009 in the Social Hall.
The Grandparent Tea is a wonderful event and we ask that you encourage your parents (or significant older adult) to attend.
The Grandparent Tea will be from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Grandparents will have the opportunity to:
- Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and lunch
- Learn more about St. Joseph School and its various academic and activity programs
- Meet other grandparents
- Enjoy special entertainment
- Tour the school with their grandchild/grandchildren, visit their classrooms and meet their teachers
Grandparents will be given the opportunity to support the school via a pledge at the table or with a mailed solicitation following the Tea.
Please fill out the back of this form so that we may invite your parents to this exciting event. This form must be submitted each year in order to receive an invitation. We stress that the event is RSVP, as space is limited. Last year we were at capacity with over 200 grandparents attending the event, so it is important that the RSVP card received with the invitation (to be mailed late March) be returned to reserve a seat at the Tea.
With your help, we can ensure a successful 2009 Grandparent Tea!
Please note: Seating space is for grandparents only and standing room is for volunteers.
