2008 Grandparent/Grandfriend’s Tea

The Grandparent Tea is May 9, 2008 in the Social Hall.

The Grandparent Tea is a wonderful event and we ask that you encourage your parents (or significant older adult) to attend.

The Grandparent Tea will be from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Grandparents will have the opportunity to:

Grandparents will be given the opportunity to support the school via a pledge at the table or with a mailed solicitation following the Tea.

This year we have two ways to invite grandparents, on-line and a pdf download to be turned into the Special Events Office. Even if grandparents were invited last year each year a new form needs to be filled out. We stress that the event is RSVP, as space is limited. Last year we were at capacity with over 200 grandparents attending the event, so it is important that the RSVP card received with the invitation (to be mailed late March) be returned to reserve a seat at the Tea.
