Join us in supporting our 600 students strong, ready, and willing to run in the annual JOGATHON on September 16th, our first fundraiser of the school year.
Help your children to obtain sponsors who may pledge by the lap or a set amount. Prizes awarded to individuals and classes according to the money raised.
There are two ways to obtain sponsors.
LOCAL SPONSORS
Contact local friends and neighbors and record the sponsors’ names, addresses and pledge amounts on the large envelope provided. Collect the pledges after the JOGATHON. (Local sponsors may choose to donate a set amount prior to the run itself.)
MAIL SPONSORS
The enclosed letters give you an opportunity to ask out-of-town friends and relatives to sponsor your child. Send the sealed, addressed envelopes which contain your completed letter and the Jogathon return envelope to the DEVELOPMENT OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and I will stamp and mail those envelopes for you. Our JOGATHON mail campaign has historically been highly successful.
ALL MONEY SHOULD BE TURNED INTO THE DEVELOPMENT OFFICE IN A CLEARLY MARKED ENVELOPE WITH STUDENT NAME AND CLASSROOM by FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17.
