Financial Aid Application for 2013-2014

St. Joseph School uses School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS), a service of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), to provide an objective, consistent methodology for calculating a family's ability to contribute to tuition. St. Joseph School makes the final financial aid amount determination.

All financial aid applicants for the 2013-2014 academic year will need to complete and submit an online Parents' Financial Statement (PFS). The PFS form  for the 2013-2014 academic year will be available on the NAIS website on November 1, 2012. The school code is 4137.

The fee is $39 for the online application, payable by credit, debit, or PayPal. If you are unable to access the PFS form online, please contact the Admissions Office at 206-329-3260 ext. 243 for a paper form. A fee of $51 payable by check or money order must accompany the paper form mailed to SSS.

  1. Form 1040 with all filed schedules, attachments and W2 for tax year 2011

  2. Form 4506, Request for Copy of Tax Return, SIGNED and UNDATED for tax year 2011
