Grandparent/Grand-friend's Luncheon/Tea

The Grandparent Tea is a wonderful event held every year on the Friday of Mother’s Day weekend. We invite all grandparents and grand-friends to attend.

The luncheon will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with check-in beginning at 11:15.  Grandparents will have the opportunity to:

 

•  Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and lunch
• Learn more about St. Joseph School and its various academic and activity programs
• Meet other grandparents
• Enjoy special entertainment
• Tour the school with their grandchild/grandchildren, visit their classrooms and meet their teachers

 

Grandparents will be given the opportunity to support the school via a pledge at the table or with a mailed solicitation following the Tea.

This form must be submitted each year by you in order for your parents to receive an invitation.  We stress that the event is RSVP, as space is limited.  Last year we were at capacity with over 200 grandparents attending the event, so it is important that the RSVP card received with the invitation (to be mailed late March) be returned to reserve a seat. With your help, we can ensure a successful 2012 Grandparent Luncheon!

Please note: Seating space is for grandparents only and standing room is for volunteers.
