FUNDING AND GRANT REQUEST PROGRAM
Through its fundraising efforts, the PAB pays for a variety of events and activities. In addition, the PAB invites school-wide participation in a Grant Request Program: The PAB solicits grant requests for programs, activities or supplies that will enrich the learning experience. Any member of the school community may submit a grant request. Applications are available from the PAB grant coordinator, Terry Mayberg at: hrhterry@comcast.net. The PAB funds grant requests that enhance the learning experience at St. Joseph.
The 2006/2007 PAB Contributions
$20,000 pledge over five years to the Centennial Campaign
$9000 grant to our teachers for curriculum enrichment
$5000 to the Endowment Fund
Grant to enhance the middle school band program
Grant to provide materials for the Speech Team
Grant for school-wide performances of Book-It Theatre
Grant for 8th grade language arts program to create student- produced book
Sponsored "Margarita Madness” party in support of school auction
