PowerSchool is the ideal web-based solution that provides administrators, teachers, parents and students in grades 5-8 with immediate and easily accessible information about homework, attendance and grades.

To Log on:

• Click on the PowerSchool link on the School Info page under Quick links or here. You should bookmark the log-in page after it loads for future access.

* Enter the user name and password in the appropriate boxes. Then click “enter”. If you do not have your user name or password Patty White has them in the front office. (Different from K12 Planet we used last year you will not be able to change this password or link your students together at this time - so keep your log on info for future reference - if you lose it you can call Patty White at 329-3260 ext 210 or email at pwhite@stjosephsea.org or Sheryl)

Across the top of your child’s “page” you will find icons for the following. Clicking on any of these icons will give you:

• Grades and Attendance

• Grades History – This link will give a history of grades for your child

• E-Mail Notification – A spot for you to register to receive e-mails on the following:

+ Grades and Attendance

+ Assignments and Scores (will e-mail your child’s
assignments and scores,
+ Report of attendance

+ School announcements

• Teacher Comments – If your child’s teacher has entered a comment for your child, it will appear here.

• School Bulletin – Special schedule changes and bulletin items for the day or week will be available here.

• My Calendars
