Instructions for sibling applications
Siblings of current St. Joseph students must complete a sibling application form and return it to the Admissions Office.Application Fee: $60
Deadline: 3 February 2012
Forward applicable Teacher Evaluation to current teacher. Confidential Teacher Evaluation forms can be found under Important Documents. Paper copies are also available in the Admissions Office. It is the applicant's responsibility to insure all applications materials are returned by 3 February 2012.
- grades K-2 only, submit copy of Baptismal Certificate
- grades 1-8 submit copy of recent report card; Grades 4-8 submit copy of recent standardized test scores
