School Auction

Mark your calendars for November 3 and 4, 2017 to join us at the 42nd annual school auction! Parent Chairs Kim and Peter Nisbet are leading the event and are sure to make this another successful auction.

The variety of items already donated to the auction guarantees that there will be something for everyone.

Each family has a contractual obligation to donate a minimum of $300: 1 - 3 items worth $300, cash, or a combination of both. Every family is asked to submit at least one donor form indicating how they plan to support the auction, i.e. cash, services, items, etc.

The Friday night family auction will feature games for the kids while parents are busy bidding. Saturday's dinner auction is a special night for adults: lively bidding in the silent and live auctions, a delicious meal, great items and parties to bid on all night long. The dinner auction is by reservation only; tickets are $100 per person, invitations will be mailed in late September.

We look forward to seeing St. Joseph families on Friday, November 3 and parents and friends on Saturday, November 4.

Corporate Sponsorship Levels

For over 100 years St. Joseph School has provided quality education for our children. Many St. Joseph graduates are respected leaders in the community and many have gone on to make significant achievements. The support of businesses has been critical to St. Joseph's continued success and to the growth of our community.

Tuition at St. Joseph School and most parochial schools does not cover the full cost of educating students. To help keep tuition affordable, and to address an ever increasing need for financial assistance, we raise additional money to support our programs. Corporate/business sponsorship goes directly to underwriting the costs of producing the auction.

Your generous support as a corporate sponsor will be recognized and honored during the Friday and Saturday night live auctions where your company’s name will be seen by over 1000 auction patrons.

Your contributions may be tax deductible, please contact your tax adviser: St. Joseph tax ID # 91-1109787.
