St. Joe's Party on the Hill
Summer may be winding down but we are gearing up for the school year. What better way to celebrate the start of a new school year than a party on the hill.
This long standing annual fundraiser and community building event helps kick-off the school year and will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021. Students will run/move together and fundraise to benefit operational support of St. Joseph School. Prizes are awarded for 100% participation and best costume! Even teachers and alumni get in on the fun. Save-the-date!
The St. Joseph School auction is an annual community celebration and fundraiser to support the high level of excellence of our Jesuit educational mission. Each year the auction brings families, faculty and staff, alumni, and friends together to raise funds in support of St. Joseph School. The annual auction takes place on Friday, November 5, 2021. This year we’re celebrating 46 years! This is the sought-after event of the year including one-of-a-kind live auction packages, everyone’s favorite “dessert dash,” a silent and super silent auction, outstanding raffles, and so much more. Catholic Schools Week
Since 1974, National Catholic Schools Week is the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. It starts the last Sunday in January and runs all week, which in 2021 is January 31-February 6. The theme for National Catholic Schools Week 2021 is “Catholic Schools: Faith. Excellence. Service.” This annual celebration is observed with a weekly Mass, an open house and other activities for students, families, parishioners and community members. Catholic schools across the country focus on the valued Catholic education provided to students and contributions to our church, community and our nation.
Grandparents and Friends Virtual Event
The sweetest event of the year! Grandparents and friends gather Friday, May 7, 2021 for the Crowning of Mary school mass with their students, enjoy a lovely lunch where they are entertained by students and after can meet with their student for a personal tour of the school. This event is a highlight for our grandparents and students!
Father Daughter Dance
This sought-after event is a long-time favorite at St. Joseph School taking place on Friday, May 7, 2021. Dads and special friends take their daughters to a fun-filled dance at the school. The Wyckoff gym is transformed to a sparkly ballroom! A DJ plays the latest hits and a light dinner menu with sweet treats are enjoyed.
Hall of Honor Dinner
This annual event honors the St. Joseph community members who go above and beyond to support the school throughout the year and will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2021. Community members are honored for their time, talent, and treasure. The event recognizes the Outstanding Alumni of the Year and inducts an outstanding community member into the Hall of Honor.
